Before stepping into retirement, Sue served as the Executive Director of the Eau Claire Community Foundation, providing leadership in asset development, donor services, and strategic management—all skills that translate beautifully to the studio. Her steady leadership, empathy, and ability to inspire others shine through every ride she leads. With more than 29 years of management experience in the retail industry, Sue has spent her career helping others reach their potential through mentorship and teamwork. On the bike, she continues that mission—motivating her riders to find strength, balance, and joy in motion.
