For the most part, our classes fit into one of 4 general categories: Yoga, High Vibes Workout Style Classes, Spa-Like Relaxing classes, or Starter classes.

    Slow-paced, stress-relieving class with deep stretches. Stimulate subtle body channels, improve flexibility, and use props for support.

  • Vin to Yin

    Combo class with 30 minutes of calming gentle vinyasa flow.

    Followed by 30 minutes of Yin poses for a peaceful weekend kickoff.
