Kim Schaffer

With over 3,000 hours of teaching experience and a decade of sharing the practice she loves, Kim brings a depth of knowledge and genuine heart to every class. A certified 200-hour RYT with two Avita 200-hour certifications, her commitment to continued learning reflects how seriously she takes her role as a guide. But more than credentials, what defines Kim is her deep passion for helping others. Over time, she felt drawn to a dedicated focus on Kaivita Yoga™ — a practice she believes has a unique power to meet people exactly where they are and create meaningful, lasting change.

Whether you're brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you'll feel right at home. Kaivita Yoga™ is thoughtfully designed to welcome every body — every age, every shape, every ability — just show up, and let the practice meet you where you are.
