Kristin Fitzsimmons
Yoga is where Kristin feels most at home and most authentically herself. Her Yoga classes offer a grounding, empowering experience designed to help students reconnect with their breath, strength, and inner wisdom. She strives to create a welcoming space where students can slow down, build resilience, and leave feeling centered, open-hearted, and inspired by their own capabilities.
Outside the studio, she enjoys downhill skiing, road biking, paddleboarding, baking, and exploring local farmers markets. Deeply connected to nature, she finds inspiration in time spent near lakes, rivers, and oceans, appreciating their balance of power and peace. Guided by the belief that "Whether you think you can, or you think you can't, you're right," she encourages students to trust their strength, embrace growth, and carry the lessons of their practice beyond the mat.
