Lindsey Rose
Lindsey Rose has experienced firsthand how yoga can shift perspective and create more ease, awareness, and presence—both on and off the mat. She discovered yoga in 2013 while recovering from colon cancer and was quickly drawn to the movement, grounding power of breath, mindfulness, and the connection yoga and community offered during a life-changing time. What began as a healing practice soon became an essential part of her daily life.
Inspired by yoga’s impact on her physical and emotional well-being, Lindsey completed her RYT 230 certification through the Yoga Center Retreat in 2024. Her teaching blends yin and slow vinyasa flow, inviting students to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves in a supportive, judgment-free space. Her classes are rooted in lovingkindness, curiosity, and the belief that yoga is for everybody exactly as they are. Off the mat, Lindsey is a mom, writer, editor, autism awareness advocate, and cookie-baking aficionado.
