Yoga has been part of Lindsey’s life for over 10 years. What began as a workout became a deeper practice that blends movement and mindfulness, and creating space to slow down and reconnect. Through yoga, she has created balance, confidence, and a deeper connection to herself. Movement is medicine & Lindsey aims to create grounding, welcoming classes where students can show up as they are, breathe, and leave feeling more connected.
She completed her 230-hour teacher training at The Yoga Rooms & feels grateful to share this practice in the space that supported her growth! Outside yoga, she loves time outdoors—walking her dog, hiking, gardening, paddle boarding, travel, & time with loved ones.
