Outside the studio, Vanessa channels that same grounding energy into adventure and nature—whether she's traveling, mountain biking, paddle boarding, reading, or exploring the outdoors with her family. A lifelong dog lover, she also spent several years training her Australian Shepherd, Jesper, in agility! She is constantly inspired by the great outdoors, and nothing brings her more joy than watching her students accomplish things they once thought were impossible.
