Jen Cleary

Jen Cleary believes yoga is so much more than the physical asanas practiced on the mat. For her, yoga is a way of moving through life with mindfulness, intention, and authenticity. Her practice encourages turning inward for self-connection while also creating unity within the community and world around us.

Inspired by nature and the elements, Jen’s classes weave together music and intentional movement to create grounding yet fluid experiences. Her sequences remind students that we can “stand still like a mountain, yet flow like a great river.”

Jen believes deeply in the transformative power of yoga. Through life’s challenges, yoga has helped regulate her nervous system and cultivate peace and contentment — something she hopes to share with every student. Jen completed her training at The Yoga Rooms TC. Outside the studio, she works in medicine as a PA and loves traveling, hiking, biking, reading, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
