Blair Osler

Blair is a 200-hour RYT teacher, trained right here at the Yoga Rooms–Twin Cities! She fell in love with yoga over 15 years ago, immediately connecting to the movement of vinyasa yoga—the way flowing through postures brings strength and steadiness (sthira) alongside ease and joy (sukha). It wasn’t until years later, after the birth of her children, that yoga began to take on a more embodied form. The integration of asana with yoga philosophy has deeply impacted Blair’s life, and she hopes to bring this into her classes. Her classes are a place where you can come to be present, calm the mind (chitta vritti), and move the body in a way that restores, strengthens and nourishes.

Blair is originally from Nashville, spent almost a decade in New York City, and has loved living in Minneapolis for the last four years. When not on her mat, she is a mother of three, a potter, loves to travel, and never leaves home without a book.
