Amy Orris

Walking into a room and meeting Amy, you instantly feel lighter, more at ease, and exactly where you are meant to be. Strong, grounded, and deeply present, Amy embodies what it means to practice yoga both on and off the mat. As a corporate Controller, she blends focus, breath, movement, discipline, and grace into both her work and teaching.

Amy’s classes focus on connecting breath to movement, helping students step out of their thoughts and into the present moment. Expect a flowing, full-body practice that builds strength, flexibility, focus, and balance while encouraging intentional movement every step of the way.

Amy completed her 230-hour teacher training at The Yoga Rooms Twin Cities. Her strong, steady flows leave students feeling energized, grounded, and deeply connected long after class ends.

Outside the studio, Amy enjoys spending time with family, traveling, being outdoors, and exploring great food.
